Error code ENT-22013

My apps just disappeared from my Home Screen! WHAT [Edited: "Language"] IS THAT ABOUT?? I hit help nothing I unplugged it nothing! My internet signal is just fine so [Edited: "Language"]????? The voice command is the only way I can bring up an app right now! Smh And u already know calling them for help is like talking to a doorknob! Can someone help me with this [Edited: "Language"]!!!?

Hi there @user_7a41cc!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Comcast here on our Forums Community.  We are so glad to hear from you and ready to assist in any way that we can.  We definitely want to make sure that this is taken care of for you.  I see some time has passed since you posted, can you tell us if the error is still present?  Have you at all attempted to reset the device manually by unplugging it from the power source for 30 seconds and plug it back in?
