Valid Emails Being Routed to Xfinity JUNK Folder

I notice that some other posters are complaining of spam/junk emails ending up in their inbox. I have the opposite problem, valid emails being routed to "JUNK" folder. Technical details are shown below, but the bottom line seems to be that the comcast.net mail system is making some poor decisions on what is "SPAM/JUNK". Are others having this problem, if so what solutions have you come up with ? Also, Comcast monitors please join in.

Technical details: We access our comcast.net emails with Outlook365 on our PCs using POP3 protocol and iOS mail app on our iPhones using IMAP protocol. The iPhone access is basically a "read only" as a convenience for previewing emails while away from the PCs and the POP3 access on the PCs is used to maintain a database of saved email messages. Interestingly, the PC-POP3 access never shows emails in the "JUNK" folder while the iPhone-IMAP access does.

I never use Xfinity webmail but, to troubleshoot the issue, used it on the PC to check what Xfinity mail does to the incoming messages BEFORE we access the mail on Outlook365 or the iPhone. Sure enough the valid emails are being directed to the JUNK folder. This tells me that the JUNK decisions are being made on the Xfinity mail servers.

Tried adding the addresses of the valid emails to the webmail address book and also tried setting spam filtering to “Override Security Filters” in webmail settings. Neither of these seemed to change the situation.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Good afternoon,

Checking our logs it shows that all emails in the last 2 weeks were delivered to inbox due to address book listing. Would you happen to have some examples of the domains you are seeing go to spam?
