Randomly blocking emails
Over the past three months, I've stopped recieving some emails. Specifically, email from my child's school and teachers. I thought I resolved it with the school but the issue persists randomly. I also noticed that some vendor emails I have subscribed to have stopped coming (J. Crew, Ann Taylor). Obviously, the school ones are more concerning but it appears to be a broader issue. Thank you!

the issue between the school and the retailers is likely not the same (it never is because they treat emails differently). Feel free to PM me your email along with the schools email and i can take a look into it for you.

This has been a problem for me for a long time with Banana Republic and now with Converse. I have begun my Christmas shopping and want these companies unblocked. They are NOT going to my spam folder. I just never get the email!
