Emails from amazon

I am unable to receive emails from amazon. I have checked spam and spoke with amazon who states there may be a filter on my email blocking them or routing elsewhere. Can someone please help?

Amazon is a perennial problem child with Comcast (and some others) email.  Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-------
