Emails being blocked even after I turned off spam filtering
I am having a lot of problems with merchants who tell me that emails to my comcast account bounce back.
For example, I'm trying to get a software license from dsp-quattro.com and had to change my email address to my work email because attempts to send to Comcast were bouncing back.
How can I stop Comcast from blocking so many legitimate emails? It seems at least twice a week someone says that an email to me has bounced back to them as an "invalid address" when I've had the same Comcast address for 10 years?!?! Thanks
