Where do you find the email bc I can't find it at all and nothing has told me how to access it just you can add accounts to it. It's so frustrating.

Hi @leighjt87! Thank you for posting on our Xfinity Forums Community platform! I see from our Xfinity Forums Expert @Again suggesting you to try https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite, and saying if you're a new Comcast/ Xfinity customer, you won't have an email, only a Xfinity ID. Did you try the link?
