Know the invite has not come. 
My wife’s invite came end of October and it works great.

user_jhf2 Thank you for clarifying for us. If you try to log in at connect.xfinity.com, are you able to get logged in? If not, what error are you receiving? Are you by chance connected to your home network's Wi-Fi when trying to log in?
