You are not alone in this, I am also trying to connect to email. It seems, they disconnected a number of inactive email accounts. Some I am sure, are used as MFA contacts, and may not be accessed for a very long time, but they chose to cull these accounts and prevent even forwarding to NEW Yahoo email accounts. It would be VERY helpful if they would allow for redirection to Yahoo mail at least, but I hate Yahoo Mail almost as much as Comcast mail... Which by the way, has suffered from a couple of recent serious security breeches, including an MFA stuffing attack vulnerability which allowed hackers access to accounts.

Xfinity hack affects nearly 36 million customers. Here's what to know. - CBS News

Extensive 2FA bypass attacks compromise Comcast Xfinity accounts | SC Media

This one was NOT their fault, but still effected users - Data Breach Snags Personal Information Of Over 200k Comcast Subscribers

And now, the worst HACK of all. Comcast's unilateral decision to just disconnect and turn off inactive email (Though accounts still active on Comcast in general, like MINE...)

Come on, can someone at Comcast actually FIX this issue, or at least redirect 'closed email' to new Yahoo email accounts for us??? PLEASE! I need this account for MFA to obscure services I have signed up for, but now cannot reset passwords to because I cannot check my [Edited: "Language"] email!

... just keeps circle ...

If you can't reach https://connect.xfinity.com/ they may have made your email address inactive.  Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status. Why they don't include that info in the "account-email-information" article I cannot imagine. I suppose it would cost them a few pennies.

user_l4yfkf, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can completely understand the importance of being able to find your email, as I rely on my emails for important communication myself. You've reached the right place for support. Since it has been over 2 days since you reached out, are you still having trouble with locating your email at this time?
