Email

I can’t send emails. I’m getting an error message that says I can’t open 10 drafts at a time. I don’t have any drafts. How can I fix that?

Hello, @user_a5224b, thank you for reaching out to our forum for help with your email error message. I live out of my inbox and have more saved emails than I'd like to admit lol, so I totally get where you're coming from. Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you attempting to send an email from the Xfinity website? If not, where are you running into that error message?

The image and instructions posted there were for Comcast's webmail ( https://connect.xfinity.com/ ) on a desktop or laptop. If you are using a mobile device you may need to open webmail in a browser that offers a "Desktop Site" mode, like Google Chrome.
