Email IP address is blocked
We receive incoming business emails on IP address 149.72.113.166. The address has been blacklisted so our emails are being blocked. We are NOT sending spam. In the past we were told that Comcast groups a bunch of email addresses together and someone else is probably sending the spam. How can we remove the block?

I did this about 3 hours ago. One of the IP addresses came back with a statement saying it had already been reported and could only be reported once per 24-hour period. I successfully reported the other IP address. However, we are still not receiving any emails and they are still being blocked. Anything else I can do?

@MargieH123 Please share all your IPs that are having issues? Are these both SendGrid IPs?
