Can't access Yahoo mail
Was told by Yahoo that my email that migrated from Comcast can not be verified, tried since May 4 with no luck. Was sent a link from Yahoo for picture of Drivers License and selfie, have done this 3 times already and keep getting the same answer from a Yahoo rep. "account can not be verifiedand to try again later" No help from Xfinity or Yahoo

I been having trouble accessing my email (comcast.net) since it linked with Yahoo. This was not a good merger. It is NOT easier nor more convenient. Makes me long for the "You've Got Mail" days.
