Terrible experience. Xfinity had "technical issue" losing my promotion when exchanging device. Months of calling with every agent lying.
I signed up for the Iphone 16 Pro promotion back in April. The only reason I even upgraded was because of the promotion. It was applied to the White phone. I exchanged it (after confirming with Xfinity that I could do this within 14 days). Not only did they mess up and charge me for the exchanged phone outright and end up having to refund my credit card, but they [Edited: "Language"] the promotion too and it never transferred to my Black Iphone 16 pro.
For months I've been calling and every agent claims "it's fixed now". well it never has been fixed. Now today they denied a ticket saying they can't find the promotion.
What a scam.

I signed up with xfinity.I came over from verizon, because the field agent told me that he could save me a hundred and forty dollars a month on my phone bill.I paid three twenty a month 42 phones and a tablet on verizon.He said that he could do it for me for a hundred dollars forty for each phone and twenty for the tablet, so I signed up with them.I got a galaxy s twenty five ultra and my fiance got a galaxy z flip seven.The rep ordered them for us.I only had to pay the price of the taxes because I financed the phones they both. Arrived 2 days later, as told they would when we got the phones. The rep came to the house and hooked the phones up with service for us and activated them only to find out that my Galaxy S25 ultra had a broken S. Pen in it and the touchscreen on it is the effective and it don't work.
About a day in the using my fiance's z flip seven, she turned her phone on put her lock code in only to be told that it was wrong.She kept trying and trying, and eventually it went in the airplane mode and locked her out completely to where she couldn't use the phone.WhatsoeverThere is no way for her to factory.Reset it due to the fact that the field agent had changed her email password on her while activating her phone without her knowledge. So we talked to a representative on a phone and our field agent and our field agent advised us to do the exchange for the z flip seven first.Because she can't use her phone at all.And then once that gets completed and finish get the exchange for the defective.S twenty five ultra needless to say, we got the exchange for the z flip seven.When the exchange came, there's a pixel out on the screen, so we had to get another exchange for the z.Flip seven when the next exchange came for the z.Flip seven?She activated it and a day later.The screen just went black on her bunch of lines in it.So we exchanged it again.She got another phone now.I went to exchange my s twenty five ultra.And while I was waiting for her exchanges and stuff, I talked to a representatives on chat, and on the phone and at the store( which was a nightmare because we drove over an hour away only to be told that they weren't doing anything because we didn't buy it from their store.And as I was speaking to the agent at the store, they just walked away from me like I wasn't even there.How rude and ignorant f****** a*******) so as I was talking to the agent on chat and phones about the exchange for my s twenty five ultra, I explained my negative experiences.I've had and how I was going to leave the company and go back to verizon.That is when the first lie came. They said that due to my negative experiences and all the hardships I've been through with the company already in short period of time. They were going to send me a Galaxy Z Fold 7 256 GB in jet black at no additional cost to me for the exchange of my defective Galaxy. S25, ultra I was on the phone with them and chat for hours and hours and hours. They gave me an order number and a ticket number, and I hung up so I'm sitting here waiting for the phone to come and it never comes. So I call the company again. Explain the situation Telling my phone didn't come that I was promised. They asked for the ticket number and the order number only to tell me that there's no ticket number or no order number. That exists, needless to say, at this point I've spoke to several different agents which have all lied to me. And given me false order numbers and false ticket numbers and have acted like they are going back. And forth with their back end team and Samsung themselves only to be told by the one agent that I'm sorry, our agents lied to you. You're not getting a Z Fold 7 as a matter of fact, we can't even exchange your S25 ultra because it's past the grace period so now I'm stuck with a broken S25 ultra. My fiancé has her phone Z. Flip 7 now and 3 defective Z. Flip sevens. That I'm not sending back to the company until they honor their promise and sent me the Z Fold 7 or I'll turn around and sell all 5 of these phones and go buy the Z. Fold 7, so it's up to them. Does anybody think I'm in the wrong here? Let me know because if not. I'm doing it and a little word of advice for anybody reading this. If you're not xfinity, customer run away, run as fast as you can do not everything about signing up for xfinity. Mobile, it's the shittiest, f****** most stupidest. Unprofessional ran phone service company I've ever had in my life, and their representatives aint even in America. What the f*** is that? I'm an American phone company and they have representatives and f****** g****** Africa. Or wherever they are, bomb bomb, f****** whatever the f*** they are. how is somebody in a different country? Gonna tell me about my service in America and how do you call? And you are with a phone company that don't even have direct access to a phone at a local in person store to me. This seems like a whole scam to me. And they got me and they got me at a about a $1000 already. I even went out and bought a screen protector and 2 cases for my Z. Fold 7 that I was so excited to get now. I'm so depressed and upset. I don't even want to go to work anymore. I don't want to get out of bed or anything. It's really took a burden on me. And mess with my mental health like you wouldn't believe
And now I have to go see the doctor and get put on medication because of it so anyway, like I said, if you have any comments or anything like this happen to you, please feel free to comment on the section. Below, and also if it's expanding your readiness, don't even comment. Because it's just gonna be a bunch of b*******. Anyways, and it's gonna be lies and lies and lies, and you're gonna say the same old paragraph that every agent says, oh, we're sorry you feel that way. We don't want any of our valued customers to feel that way. I'm here to help you now. And I will do everything my power to get this resolution or is problem fixed and come up with a resolution that will make you happy. And it's all b*******. Your stories don't mean nothing, because your signs aint gonna put the $300. I spent for the cases and screen protector back in my pocket. And I aint gonna fix the fact that I'm sitting here with a broken phone that I have to use text to talk, because I can't touch the The screen sorrys, rob them.Sorry is up your a**
