eSim

Feeling frustrated because I’ve been with this carrier more than 3 years. Yesterday I purchased a brand new iPhone 17 standard and I can’t receive incoming calls. I followed all steps to resolve the issues. I did the diagnostic and it’s stating there’s an issue with the eSIM within the device. I’ve deleted and reinstalled eSIM and still cannot receive incoming calls.
