why am i blocked from the community forum

I have been blocked by the community forum.  I haven't given my concerns for quite a while.  They are twofold.  First is the extortion on the part of Xfinity.  My family is still owed $10,000 and Xfinity has the nerve to send an email just today stating that if I don't pay my bill now, I'm going to be shut off.  We my bill is approximately $300 and they owe my family $10,000.  I absolutely am not going to give money to Xfinity until they correct all of their billing errors, which I will not put on here.  We need resolution from the second issue.  On April 18, 2025, I was sexually assaulted and almost raped by an Xfinity tech in my home.  I sat there in my special lift chair with no way to get out.  Since that day, April 18, 2025, I have begged and pleaded with Xfinity to provide his name to law enforcement.  One really ignore woman named Noelle told me that Xfinity will not help and not provide his name.  She also said my case was closed.  By who?  Who made it right for her to play God with our lives?   Brian Roberts at Xfinity has never gotten in touch with me.  He doesn't care.  Finally I am working with two great law enforcement agents and they are making progress.  I hate the thought of sitting in a courtroom and having to look at this monster.  But I will.  And hopefully another female will be violated by him.
