I am installing a Wyze outdoor camera with a Ethernet connection to my gateway. It will recognize the base station but base station won’t connect to my phone

I actually have that same camera installed on my network (the one with a battery that only needs to be charged every 60-90 days, right?). It is an amazing product. If you have an Echo Show, you can just say "Alexa, show me the back yard" and the image comes right up. You gotta love technology! Are you still having issues with the base station connecting to your phone?
