Xfinity Truck Damaged Tree
On Tuesday, 5/19/26, Xfinity was working in my neighborhood; workers asked if they could enter our backyard (I am the property owner) to access equipment and assured us they could do so without damaging anything, and we allowed them to enter. That evening after they had left we observed damage to the roots of a very significant tree that they had driven their truck over (they had skinned the bark off of large portions of major above-ground anchor roots). We made an appointment with a certified arborist immediately the next morning for their first available opening to assess the damage, which was today. The arborist attested that this damage could result in the death of the tree, and recommended 2 years of soil care to give it the best possible chance of survival. Photos attached of work truck in yard and closeups of root damage with tire marks. Please advise as to the proper channels to relay this information to Xfinity and seek redress.
