xfinity now

Hello, I'm having issues activating my Xfinity Now equipment with my Xfinity login.  I had an active Xfinity account when I signed up for Now at the same address.  I looked up my email and phone number that I set up the account with and neither was recognized but I did receive an email about the equipment shipping.  When I am logging in, i just get error messages and am told I have no authorization because I'm not a customer. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @user_fs511k! Welcome to the community, and thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be stuck in a login loop with error messages when you are just trying to get your new NOW Internet equipment up and running!
To get this fixed right away, you will need to chat with the dedicated support team through the Xfinity Assistant.
  • Go to xfinity.com or open the Xfinity App.
  • Type "NOW Internet Activation Issue" into the chat window.
  • The system will route you directly to the specialized NOW Internet team who can fix your login authorization.
