Xfinity Non-Active Gift Card Lost
Hi,
We received in the mail a card, but it seems the gift card that was supposed to be inside is missing. Not sure if it fell out during mail or not.
Is there anyway to get the gift card re-issued when it's been misplaced or lost prior to being activated?

Hi, @Pattyzam! I am sorry to hear your gift card was not there. Have you already contacted our Xfinity rewards center team? If not, I can definitely see what we can do remotely before sending you back to that team. At times we can do a ticket first. Please go ahead and send us a private message. Just click on my name, "ComcastStarr" and then hit "send a message". From there just include your name and address in the message and we can continue.
