Xfinity Holiday Coupon

Received the $5.99 Holiday Coupon and signed in this morning to activate it as a credit toward my bill.

my.xfinity.com/coupon doesn't work and now that I'm on the appropriate site I cannot locate the "easy on-screen steps to activate the coupon."

HELP!

Seems like everyone got a coupon except me . . . what criteria were used to determine who would receive this credit and who wouldn't?  I'd have thought that 20 plus years of continuous service would have increased my chances.
