Worst service ever

Customer service lied about extention on my bill for 2 weeks very next morning internet was cut off. Then paying for 2gb speed only getting 500mgb service guy comes out because they detected a problem does nothing and takes my new equipment gives me used equipment. Says nothing is wrong. Get in touch with a agent she said best they can do is a 50 dollar credit. Then talks to supervisor for a 60 dollar credit they charged me 100 dollars for him doing nothing. Absolutely the worst company ever. Do not use them if I could give negative stars I would.
