Why do you keep spamming me?

I get at least one email from Xfinity every day (the latest being xfinity @ emails.xfinity.com). They all have unsubscribe options, which I have obviously tried, and state "THIS EMAIL IS AN ADVERTISEMENT" at the bottom.

I have updated my email preferences, my privacy settings etc stating that I do not want to receive these emails.

Why are you still sending them?
