Why are multiple channels randomly pixelating for multiple homes

For the past several days, my neighbors and I have been experiencing multiple channels pixelating often to the point where we cannot get back to the channel if we try changing channels.  Power cycling all of the equipment does not help.  You AI system is locked into its mandated troubleshooting process and when it encounters an internal error, you have to start all over again and can never get to a person to actually get something done.  The following are only some of the channels that have issues:  421, 521, 1110, 1459, 1457, 1455, 1438, 1445, 1436, 1488, 1434.

Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance with your channel concerns, user_3vrbmb. I'm sorry to hear about the pixelation you're experiencing. This is not the service we aim to provide, and we'd like to help. Just to confirm. Did you check the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and TV box) to make sure the connection is tight and there's no damage to it?
