Where is my order???
Two weeks ago I alerted customer service one of my boxes was out and chatted with a human. They tried all the ways to get it back up then realized it was dead. I was given an order number for my new box and told it would take 3-5 business days to get here. That was 15 days ago and I can't get any kind of response from Comcast. I have the order number but can't find anywhere to track it.
I obviously need the box, but also need to talk to a person and can't get past the automated responses to get a human.
