Where are all my Inbox emails?

I have saved my inbox emails going back to probably 2009. Tonight while I was looking for one from two years ago, I found that my inbox only had emails through June 3, 2025. The only thing I had turned on for my inbox was under Mailbox Behaviors for erased deleted messages to never be deleted. Where did my 17 years of inbox emails go? I've checked both my device and my Comcast account online. Nothing.
