Upgrade equipment request receiving submit error. Please help!!

Hi! I received a letter informing me that I am eligible to upgrade my equipment at no extra cost.  As instructed, I went to xfinity.com/EquipmentUpdate to submit the request.  However when I tried to submit such, I received a message telling me that something went wrong and that I should try to reload the page.  I have done so numerous times the past few days but to no avail. Please help!! What do I need to do to upgrade my equipment?
