Unlimited Data Plan Temporarily Unavailable... being charged meanwhile...

I have exceed the data usage cap and am now racking up excess charges in $10 increments. Four have occurred so far and I have not received a single text notifying me of the charges. Just par for the course...

 

Meanwhile, I have been trying to add the Unlimited Data Plan for $30/month (I have my own modem and router) and have been receiving the "temporarily unavailable" screen. Sounds like this is a known issue that has been going on for months and can only be resolved by posting in this forum, getting a response, and PM'ing a CSR upon request (live agent chat is not connecting either). Super efficient...

 

So, to whomever is monitoring this forum, can you please respond with a request for me to PM you so that I don't break the forum rules and so that this can be fixed before you charge me $100 more...

Just an FYI, unlimited data is counted from the 1st of the month to the last of the month.

 

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
