Trying to get the CORRECT password!

I went out of town for about a week and a half, when I returned Sunday, the day before Memorial Day, the internet was down. I tried to get in touch with customer service on the phone. All I got was the automated Xfinity female voice, that asks

Rest assured, you have reached the right team to assist you! Is the power light from the modem on solid white or blinking orange right now? Also, if you can please confirm what troubleshooting steps you have taken already?

The internet seems to be working for my phones but not for my TV. Why?

Are you able to see your network name appear in the TV network settings? Please unplug the power cord from the modem and wait 10 seconds until you plug it back in. Once the modem has the power light on solid white again, then you may turn off the TV and turn it back on. Let me know how the Internet is working on the TV after completing these steps. Thank you!
