Trouble Changing Plans on Web Site
When I try to change plans on the web site I get a message that I can't because I have flex on my account and to either call customer service or use chat. I have tried both with no success. I'm promised a 100mps download speed plan for $50 a month but I'm still seeing my old plan. I have sent back my flex box that I do not need. But why can't I simply change my plans on the web site and why am I getting terrible customer service?
