Switching plans from 500Gbps to 300Gbps

Hi Team,
I'm looking to downgrade my service from the 500Gbps to 300 Gbps in order to save money.

My introductory rate of $50/month expired after 2years and now it's going to $85/month.

Looking at plans, the 300Mbps / $70 per month plan will save me $15 a month.

I go to "purchase the plan" and it shows $100 installation fee. It's been installed for 2 years.

Using the xfinity chat, it's obvious no one is human there and after trying to modify the questions in order to get an answer, I gave up.

How can I get the cheaper plan without an install fee? P.S. I clicked on everything executable and NOTHING shows Direct Messaging.

Thanks!
John

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
