The steps there will show you how to use the Xfinity app to troubleshoot your Storm-Ready WiFi device and provide a status for your WiFi signal, cellular signal and Battery Backup.

I want to call Xfinity about the Storm Ready device, but it’s impossible to speak to a live person unless they reboot your whole system and the you wait an hour.

What kind of extender would it be if you had to be 5-30 feet from router… this is the dumbest system ever almost 2 years and now fighting over the last year to get resolved… took full amount out of checking account when I canceled service trying to return
