Stale, unchanging, "Technician in your area" message

For several months now, the Status Center page at https://www.xfinity.com/support/status/ has said:

To make sure your XFINITY services are performing optimally, we'll be doing some work in your area today. While we're working, you could experience brief interruptions to your service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our work.

The message is repeated on the "Contact Us" page at https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/, the "Services" and "Devices" pages in "My Account" ( https://customer.xfinity.com/ ), and elsewhere as well.

The "View Details" link on the Outage Map page at https://www.xfinity.com/support/status-map says:

Technician in your area [my address]
To make sure your XFINITY services are performing optimally, we'll be doing some work in your area today. While we're working, you could experience brief interruptions to your service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our work.
ZIP Code: [my zip code]
Outage Type: Unplanned
Subscribers Affected: 1-50

None of this information has changed in MONTHS.  Why not? What's the point?

Status information is not useful if it is 1. incorrect, and 2. never changes.

Can this be explained and/or corrected please?

PS: Through Sun 11-28-2021, no change.
