Speak to a live agent

I would like a phone number to contact a live agent.

Do not give me the 6498 number to call. The bot hangs up on me as soon as I tell it my problem isn't listed. 

Do not tell me to talk to xfinity agent. The ai reads "thinking" for a literal hour when I tell it my problem isn't listed. 

All I need is some document details from my account which I terminated in September. I want to throw up with how difficult all your "technological improvements" are making this. What could have been a 5 or 10 minute phone call is taking me over an hour, plus whatever amount of time I have to wait for somebody to see this post. Assuming it reaches a real person and not more ai "help". Most companies at least eventually let you talk to a real person, even if they make you jump through a million hoops to get there. I'm sick with frustration that this isn't the case and  that my time has been wasted ridiculously.

If you've skimmed all that, I'll give you a summary. Put me in contact with a live agent.
