On august 27 started a chat with xfinity and was offered a deal to upgrade 2 phones from gen 3 to gen 5 for a discount and also 1000 mbps of internet for $60.00 a month so I agreed went through 1-2 hours process of upgrading phones and was successfully done but when it came to changing my internet deal I was transferred many times to xfinity representatives and they would not honor the deal. I explained I have the download of the transaction and the deal but they will not honor and say it does not apply to me. What a way to treat a customer from the early 2000,s thanks xfinity it’s time for me to research other carriers.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
