Roberto, thank you for replying, but please help me: I am trying to report a reckless driver who works for your company: Xfinity! Why do I have to jump through so many hoops to reports a reckless driver. Why does Xfinity make it so challenging to report such an incident? I would think something as dangerous as of 5 or 6,000 pound death machine (the truck he was driving) would alarm your team. The drive is your team member and fellow employee, and he almost caused an accident through his overly aggressive driving. He was at fault and I'm trying to report the incident! That unresponsible driving reflects extremely poorly on your company.

I would like to either speak directly to one of the supervisors or, be put in touch with one of your upper-level management team to discuss my concerns. DIRTECTLY! I don't need to jump through hoops. Your driver needs to be reprimanded. Please respond to this email and let me know how you're going to put me in touch with one of them.  IF I do not hear from you I will contact 9 News and report this incident.

Sincerely,
