Repayment plan

Had a repayment plan. Was late by 2 days paying and my plan got canceled even though I have an email staying if I paid within 4 days it would be fine

We are limited on our end regarding the repayment plans, and we would recommend reaching out to our Xfinity Assistant to explore all the options available for you with the repayment.

@XfinityAdrienne​ hey. I did. Twice. They keep telling me there's nothing to do and when I ask to speak to a manager im told there are none and the second time I was told the whole team is in a meeting and they don't know when they'll be done and I can't wait on hold for them to answer the phone

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
