Hi Comcast Care Team.

I am in Canada and also looking for assistance to extend my Seasonal Plan past its term.  (December 26, 2020) We are not able to cross boarder to return to our Florida home.  If we cancel our service, we cannot return our equipment and are subject to charges. Can we have a Care Agent reply with suggestions for reduced service fees or one more extension of our seasonal service so we don't have to cancel.

 We can definitely see about either extending your seasonal hold or discussing a way to temporarily reduce your rates. Please send me a PM with your first and last name so we can take a look at your account and go from there.
