Phone trade in credit not applied to account after 4 months of waiting
I traded in two phones for two of my lines back in March, I got email verification that they were accepted. I purchased two new phones for those lines and they were supposed to release a trade in credit to those lines. It’s July and I’ve been paying the full payments for our new phones, the trade in credits haven’t been applied. I called customer service but they said I needed to call someone else to see why the credit hasn’t been applied. However the website they referred me to does not have a phone number to call. Who can I contact about this?
