Peacock and Netflix and xfinity. very unfriendly businesses.
I have an account with Peacock. They take money out every month on my credit card, but when we try to watch anything on Peacock we are told we have to have a subscription, so out of frustration my husband said I will open an account. After doing the paperwork, they said he already has an account. So, we have an account but we can't see any shows and we can't open an account in the email we use. I hope you see our frustration. Can you do anything to remedy this impasse?

@user_zo8epy, hi there! Have you had a chance to reach out to Peacock support? They are the ones to contact about account creation, and billing. We can help you if you have an Xfinity offer that you are trying to activate.

OMG, I am having the same issue. Unable to access Peacock.
Been on phone and chat with multiple agents, for 2 days.
They even had me change my plan to a package that has Netflix, Peacock and AppleTV, still no relief.
They keep asking me to Activate - Peacock, which I have done already. The activation says "already activated".
But when I login to peacock - it says I am not subscribed to a plan.
Several hours on phone, multiple calls and chat sessions - still no success.
Does anyone at Xfinity support know what to do ? What a nightmare this is.
Every time I get a new person from support, they ask the same questions.
I was told to wait 24 hours and after that Peacock streaming should work, It is Not !
