Overcharged

My bill was $53 from my old address I thought was my closing amount. I was charged $138. I just moved and added internet essentials a week ago to my new address. I haven't even got a chance too hook up the equipment and they already charging $26. Charging late fees and you ain't even late!!!! Last month they took $70 the month before that they took $80. I say took because it seems I forced to have auto pay and y'all taking more money than your supposed to!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡I was on the $40 plan.
