No Service Availability
We have recently moved to a community and before I left my previous address I was informed by an XFinity agent that my new address has no service availability. But I have checked and the surrounding areas that are residential and businesses have active Xfinity service. I would like to inquire how to get the area surveyed and get verification if XFinity can be available.
I am positive it would be possible to get services here, I would like to know if a survey can be done and how to request it or get confirmation if I can get service here as soon as possible.
