Needing Promotion for Internet Billing
I’ve been using internment through Xfinity for the last 2 years. It was roughly $30/month for signing up for a promotional deal. It is now $100 and not feasible to pay. I have been trying to sign up for new promotional deals but have not had any success. It is difficult to even attempt to talk to a real person- I get directed to the automatic messenger. I’d like to stay with Xfinity, but if I can’t get a better price, I will have to change. My apartment complex has been offering a new online company with new promotions very similar to the $30/month.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
