Need help rerouting access point.

Hello,

I need help scheduling an appointment to reroute the access point from it's current location in my home to a new location in my home.

user_ek21xe Just to clarify, when you mean re-routing an access point, are you referring to the coaxial outlet? If so, we can definitely help you with getting an appointment set up, though I do want to set the expectation that there will likely be a charge for this visit. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
