My dog fence was cut by the team when they buried my fiber cable.

My dog fence was cut by the team when they buried my fiber cable.  They said they would leave a number for me to call, but they did not.  I see that others have had this same problem in the forums.  It appears that in order to chat with someone directly about this I need to first create a post in the forums.

Please help me with this.  My dog needs to be on a short leash while this fence is broken.

Had you marked where the invisible fence was located before they buried the fiber cable?

We showed them where it was running when they came as well as our sprinkler system, which was, thankfully, not cut.
