Modem Problems
I've been having a lot of internet connection drops; almost daily. I keep unplugging the modem to reset it and the connection will return after the reboot.
I'd like to replace this one but was told there is a charge to have it mailed to me. Is there a way to have Comcast waive the charge since I'd have to drive over 70 miles to the nearest Xfinity store?
