Missing Modem Package
Hi!
UPS stated that they delivered my package sent by Xfinity and left it at the front door. This package was my new modem and shipping information to return my current modem. However, I never received anything. I reviewed my video doorbell alerts and it appears UPS did not ring the door bell or trip the motion activated alert. I have filed a claim with UPS, however i do not want to get charged with a double bill for equipment I did not receive. What can I do? Thanks
