Internet Connection

Every day, many times during the day, I lose my internet connection.  It’s not lose wires or outages in my area.  Does it seem fair to you that my service is horrible yet I pay just like everyone else.  There should be some means of $ compensation for the amount of times daily, every single day, that I have no service.

@katz1957 Hello, I'm terribly sorry to learn about the ongoing service issues. We never like to see these kinds of posts. 


I totally understand that feedback. Let's get the service figured out for good and get a credit applied. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

  •    Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
  •    Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3jQwWdC
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
  •       Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  •   Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter or tap the >icon to send it
