I want my free Peacock account re-activated

I am an Xfinity Diamond Rewards member and have been a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 20 years. I recently had a defective box replaced in my home. As a result, I lost access to Peacock, which is free as a rewards member.

I contacted you customer service via chat and was told my access would be restored in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited two days, and still I was unable to access Peacock either by the app or on computer.

Yesterday, I called and a ticket was open to escalate the issue. Ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"].

I just received a call, saying that technical support is unable to add Peacock back to my account. I got a response that made no sense at all. I was told that I had cancelled the service in April and it can't be added back! Meanwhile, I had access until two weeks ago, until the new box was replaced.

I would like free access to Peacock added back to my account immediately. It's a perk I earned, and I do not accept "we can't add it back to your account" as an answer.

I look forward to your response.
