I never received my virtual prepaid card for new service with xfinity

I signed up for new xfinity service in September of 2025, through the Capital one shopping website, I never received my reward from Capital one for new service that's supposed to be $305 and I never received my reward from xfinity for new service, which was supposed to be a virtual prepaid card. I have a copy of the original order and it says, pre paid card included. My original order was  modified by xfinity and that caused me to miss out on both promotions, I also have something from capital one shopping website to show the xfinity promotion, I signed up for./please resolve this to avoid litigation.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary.
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page).
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.
