I need immediate assistance with opening a Property Damage Claim. Yesterday, an Xfinity technician drilled through my exterior sidin
Hello,
I need immediate assistance with opening a Property Damage Claim. Yesterday, 12-01-25 an Xfinity technician drilled through my exterior siding and struck a service entrance cable near my electrical meter. This caused:
- A drill penetration directly into the cable
- Visible charring and burn marks on the siding
- A damaged cable jacket with exposed interior components
- Removal of siding panels, leaving insulation exposed
This damage did not exist prior to the installation.
I need this escalated to the Xfinity Property Damage / Third-Party Claims Department (Sedgwick) so the cable and siding can be repaired.
Please have a corporate representative contact me directly and provide:
- A claim number
- The email address where I can send the photos and documentation
- Confirmation that this is being handled under Xfinity’s liability coverage
This is an urgent safety and property issue and cannot be left unresolved.
Thank you.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
