How to schedule a techician appointment.
I would like to schedule a technician appointment at my house. We are currently remodeling and I need help with extending/moivng the existing cable which also has a CommScope power inserter connecting to it.
Please advise how I can setup an appointment

Good evening, @jonnad1! Congratulations on your remodel! That will be awesome when you get it finished up! We can help with getting a visit set up to relocate the drop line. This type of visit costs $100. The technician will meet with you to go over options for moving the line and get the work set up for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
